Infant Nanny Starting In September

Hi care community! We're looking for a nanny w/ baby experience to care for our son starting Sept 7th when he'll be 3 mo old. Preference for 4 days/wk (flex on which days), 9am-5pm, & an 11-month contract. Responsibilities include supporting baby's needs- delivering to mom bottle feeding, diapers, swaddling, soothing, building enriching wake time, + helping with light baby tidying like washing bottles & baby laundry while he sleeps. We have a 2 yr old who will be in daycare but occasional pick-ups/ drop-offs/ care during school breaks might occasionally be needed. We're a family that sleep trains at 4 mo, does mostly baby-led weaning, and light Montessori principles. We're low anxiety but high preparedness parents & are looking for someone who can support us & love on our baby during this sweet & busy phase of life.
