My wife and I just welcomed our firstborn into the world and we are over the moon. Fortunately we both have leave to take care of him early on. My wife's leave will run out in May and then we will be looking for a nanny to help watch our little guy when she is working. We are fairly flexible around exact start dates and we'd be open to a nanny share situation if it makes sense. We both often work from home although dad will be going into the office more. We have two gentle and fun loving dogs as well.
