This is for our first child. When this contract would start our son will be 3 months old and we expect to need a nanny for at least 6 months. We need someone with experience taking care of infants and creating social activities for a 3 to 9-month-old. Open communication and reliability is very important to us. We both work full-time so starting on time each day is critical. We need someone who is able to work extended hours once in a while due to work projects and priorities. We have 2 dogs so need someone comfortable with pets.
