Reoccurring Babysitter For Two Toddler Girls

Hello! We are currently looking for a reoccurring babysitter for our two girls. We have an independent 3 1/2 yr old and a curious 2 yr old. We also have a 7-year-old Aussie-Poo that loves people and kids! Our current babysitter is going back to school and is not able to match her schedule with our schedule anymore, so we are hoping to find someone to replace her. We are looking for someone to babysit every Thursday (or most) from 5:30-10:30 p.m. and then some random week nights and Saturdays. We run a small business, so our schedule varies month to month.
