Looking for a kind, reliable sitter for my 13-month-old Start with a coffee meet up, then a paid trial while I'm home, followed by 1-2 short sessions (also with me home). If it's a good fit, we'd move to occasional care while I'm out (evenings Dec 6, 7 & afternoon 13), with potential for more regular hours. We follow a Montessori/respectful parenting approach and prioritize tuning into his cues, supporting emotional regulation, and giving space to explore. We gently use elimination communication (happy to teach). CPR/First Aid required. 2 friendly M-L dogs (barky at first). Must be comfortable with parents home or away. Ideal for someone who enjoys observing how little ones learn through exploration. If interested, share toddler experience & availability before Dec 6.
