Part-time Nanny For My 3 Girls

I am looking for a regular part-time baby sitter for my three girls. I am home with them but potentially going back to work part time this summer. I would like to work 2 days a week for up to 20 hrs. a week, days of the week and times could be negotiable. We need someone skilled at giving our children structure and routine while remaining compassionate and patient while they learn. Teaching our children by example and our behaviors. My children love one on one interaction with others, games, outdoor play, art crafts, and all outdoor activities. They also love each-other and playing together.
