Looking for a caregiver to help my parents with my developmentally disabled adult sister A in Maryville, TN. A is severely disabled, cannot speak or communicate. A is prone to wander off or to put herself into potentially dangerous situations. She will sometimes resist her caregivers with her full strength. She is not potty trained and will need her diapers changed. My parents need help with day to day care of A which can be fairly simple so long as she has crackers, juice, and a working ipad to watch tv on. My parents may need assistance with other chores and activities on a changing basis. My parents have access to funds from the government to pay for a fixed number of hours of assistance a month with additional stipulations that I am not aware of.
