My son is a type one diabetic, so I would really need someone that would be comfortable with managing his blood sugar, treating lows, giving shots when blood sugar is high, etc. Our need is someone to pick him up from school and stay with him until one of us gets off of work. during that time if other things could occasionally be done (as needed) like laundry, dishes, homework, etc. that would be great too but its not a requirement. Our biggest need is someone that can manage his T1D as local after school programs are not equipped or are full.
