Flexibility is key for our family. We will not have set regular needs, we are looking for someone to help fill in for an hour or two when my husband's and my work schedules overlap and neither of us can be home. This is usually in the late afternoon/early evening timeframe (ex. 3:30 p.m. - 5pm). This would predominantly be with only 1-2 days notice or sometimes even same day. We understand that this is a big ask and not for everyone. Our son is 3. 5 months old and a very happy baby!
