Sitter Needed For 13 Year Old Daughter In Knoxville

I'm looking for caring, fun, reliable, and responsible summer help for my daughter. She is 13 years old and will be going into 8th grade. Responsibilities include pick up from camps, drop off and pickup for lessons and activities, help with summer schoolwork, making dinner, and helping with dog walks. Need someone who can engage her warmly and be sensitive to emotions when needed. She loves having a "big sister" around and loves sports, games, shopping, reading, and cooking with her sitters! Schedule varies based on camp schedules. Some weeks the hours are afternoons, and some weeks are full time. I can share details in advance, though also need some flexibility for the summer. Trustworthy driver is essential. Reliable and open communication essential too. Please be comfortable with pets. May be opportunity to continue for school year.
