About the job
We're a loving family in Kingsport, TN looking for a kind, reliable nanny to care for our baby girl starting Jan 14, 2026. Care will take place in our home while we work remotely (in a separate space). We hope to find someone who feels like part of the family and truly enjoys helping little ones grow and learn. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 p.m. (~40 hrs/wk) Pay: $17-20/hr (W-2) Benefits: 6 weeks paid (2 vacation + 3 parent off + holidays/year-end) Responsibilities: Provide loving, attentive care; follow feeding, nap & play routines; plan age-appropriate play to support milestones; prepare bottles & simple meals; tidy baby areas; baby laundry; light household help; ensure safety; share daily updates; occasional errands or meal prep. Requirements: Infant experience w/ references, CPR/First Aid, reliable transport, non-smoker, cat-friendly.
