I'm in need of a full time nanny who has a very flexible schedule. We need someone to be there for school pick up and drop offs as well as bedtime. There will need to be over night stays at times as my dad travels for work. he's a very sweet child but can have some trouble regulating his feelings and have a hard time listening so we need someone who can be stern but kind.
