Seeking Part Time Nanny For My 1.5 Year Old Daughter In Home, Wfh Mom

I am looking for someone to care for my 1. 5-year-old daughter 1-2 days per week while I work from home. The hours would be 8:30am-4:30 p.m. Seeking someone who is responsible and eager to care for young children and able to provide references. Extensive childcare experience is not required but just need someone trustworthy and eager to provide care to our sweet & funny toddler. I am likely going to be home as well most of the time although I am in meetings for much of the day. Probably Monday or Thursday, but open to working with the right candidate on the schedule.
