Part-Time Mother's Helper For Our Family (Experience With ASD/ADHD Preferred)

We're seeking a warm, reliable caregiver to help with our children 2-3 times per week for 3-4 hours at a time. We have a 6-year-old with autism/ADHD, a typically developing 3-year-old, and a newborn arriving in January. Most care will focus on the two boys, with occasional help for the baby. Responsibilities include engaging the kids in play, supporting communication and transitions, general supervision, light tidying, and simple meal prep. * 5+ years of experience working with children * Background in SLP, OT, BCBA, or special needs support is strongly preferred * Patient, calm, dependable, and confident navigating ASD/ADHD-related behaviors * Someone who enjoys play-based interaction and can create a supportive, encouraging environment * Non-smoker; reliable transportation required
