FT Nanny/Family Assistant Location: College Grove, TN Schedule: 40 guaranteed hours per week, typically Monday-Friday. Exact schedule will vary and be given 1 month in advance. Children: 3 years old Duties: General childcare including planning age appropriate activities, engaging child in educational and enriching play, maintaining a consistent routine, general organization, grocery shopping, running various errands, light meal prep, handling returns, loading/unloading the dishwasher, managing family laundry, and general tidying. Family has someone for deep cleaning. Requirements: 5+ years of professional childcare and family assistant experience, recent experience working with toddlers, a valid passport, a clean criminal record and a good driving record. The ideal candidate will be proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative and naturally anticipating what needs to be done. They should take ownership of their role, work independently with confidence, and communicate thoughtfully, offering gentle suggestions while respecting the parents' wishes. Trustworthy, reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about working with children. Family is looking for someone long-term. Pets: 2 miniature dachshunds Driving/Parking: Must have a reliable vehicle to use for work-related driving - mileage will be reimbursed. Travel: Required, domestic and international Additional Information: Mom is home throughout the day and child is in school 2 days per week.
