We are seeking a caring, reliable, and energetic nanny to join our family and provide full-time care for our children: one infant and two school-aged children. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with infants, enjoy engaging school-aged kids in fun and educational activities, and be able to balance the unique needs of children in different stages of development. Responsibilities • Infant Care: • Feed, change, bathe, and maintain consistent nap schedules. • Monitor developmental milestones and engage in age-appropriate activities. • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment at all times. • School-Aged Children: • Prepare children for school, assist with drop-offs/pick-ups, and support after-school routines. • Help with homework and encourage learning through play and creativity. • Plan and supervise engaging activities indoors and outdoors. • Household Support (Child-Related): • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children. • Keep play areas, children’s rooms, bottles, and toys clean and organized. • Manage children’s laundry. • General Expectations: • Communicate daily with parents regarding schedules, activities, and milestones. • Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment. • Be punctual, dependable, and adaptable to family needs. Qualifications • Prior experience caring for infants and school-aged children (nanny, daycare, teaching, or related). • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for school drop-offs/pick-ups if required). • Ability to multitask and manage the needs of multiple children. • Non-smoker; comfortable with pets (if applicable). • Strong communication and organizational skills.
