First time parent here. We are looking to do a shared-nanny with our good friends. Our little boy is due in June and our friends have a 2-year-old and a 1-month-old, both girls. We would love an opportunity for the nanny to support all three of our kids around 2-4 days a week. I am big on three things: no screen time, learning sign language, and learning Spanish. Our friends have used Care. com to get great service before to include light housekeeping during naps. We are still working out the details but my wife will be returning to work in October so I would like a few weeks of overlap at least to give her some time off.
