Hi! We are a warm, easygoing family in the East Brainerd area with a sweet 2-year-old girl and another baby girl arriving in February. We are looking for someone loving, patient, and dependable to become a steady part of our home. Spanish-speaking is a plus. Both parents work from home in separate offices, so we're around but stay out of the way. We also have a tiny, very friendly chihuahua who mostly naps. We are hoping to find someone who truly enjoys little kids and wants to be part of a happy, calm, structured home. Compensation is $20 per hour, paid weekly. After six months the position includes one week of paid vacation, and after 12 months it includes two weeks. You would also be eligible for performance-based bonus consideration after six months. The role is generally 40 hours per week.
