Nanny Needed For Autistic Teen

We are looking for an energetic, resourceful caregiver/teacher for a 15-year-old with ASD and speech impairment. He is bright, social, and a pleasure to be around with a wide circle of friends and adults that support him in the community. Primary duties would include light meal prep (he can make his own lunch and breakfast with support), transportation to and support during community group outings (hikes, gym class, swim team, etc.), and carrying out his homeschool program for an absolute maximum of 2 hours a day. All materials are curated and collected with instructions, only facilitation and support is necessary. Experience working with special needs students is a plus, especially those with speech impairment/delays, but the priority is a willingness to learn and be directed in best practices. There will be an onboarding period.
