About the job
We have two boys-almost 20 months and 2 months. Care would primarily be for our 20-month-old son with sporadic care for our newborn. Our older son has a structured routine that he thrives with and takes one nap a day for around 2. 5 hours. Care for him would be playing and finding engaging activities to burn energy, light meal prep for his lunch, and light housekeeping (cleaning up toys, organizing, loading/unloading dishwasher). His main interests are being outside, playing with cars, and going for walks. We have a large fenced in backyard that he loves to play in. We also have one dog, a cocker spaniel, that is mostly inside but can be put outside or crated if needed.
