We are looking for a nanny to love and care for our two children while we work. Someone who is creative, intentional, and has strong communication skills is important to us. Our children are 2 and 3. 5. They love learning, arts & crafts, playing outside, books, all things animals. I (Mom) work from home. My schedule has some flexibility, so we are willing to discuss schedule. Currently thinking 4-5 days a week, 26-35 hours a week depending on availability and need. We hope to find someone who has humility, emotional awareness, and is gentle, kind, and patient. Our children do have some food allergies. Being open to and implanting our parenting style is also important to us as we are very intentional in how we parent.
