Just to clarify - I am posting this on behalf of my friend. She drives night shift for a trucking company in Nashville and her 13-year-old is uncomfortable staying home alone. The mother is looking at a bare minimum for a WOMAN who is willing to move in to the walk out basement (with own bathroom) and be at home from eveningtime through the night. Rent would be $500 in that case. BUT if they are willing to do light house keeping, light cooking, and spend time with the daughter, she would charge NO RENT! If you know any lonely widower, this might be the perfect scenario for them! Please message me with any questions you have. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets.
