We are looking for a full time nanny (4-5 days out of the week.. potentially more and possibly some overnights).. Our daughter will be 1 years old in June. My husband travels often for work and both of our schedules are non uniform and very unpredictable. We are looking to provide a salary that proffers a caregivers flexibility and available when needed (sometimes on a last minute basis per our work and travel schedules.) We do have an elderly dog that may need to be given her daily medicine and let out for bathroom breaks. We are very easy going with this process and are open to your own ideas and suggestions on making this the best experience for us all. We prefer a nanny who is active and physically able to care for an active toddler.
