We have a 32-year-old son with a rare genetic illness. He requires 24/7 care, but we would like to find someone to watch him during the day. We do work from home some at this time. He is non-verbal, but communicates well by pointing, etc. He does require help dressing and toileting. We need someone to prepare lunch for him and to give him medicine daily.
