In the very early stages of looking for a Nanny starting in January! Were planning for part-time (3 days a week) to start, with the possibility of full-time later on. Looking for someone who is: Extremely dependable and consistent Experienced with special needs (speech delay, ADHD, possible autism) Comfortable helping with home school work and learning activities Up for fun outings, play dates, and creative play Has reliable transportation Willing to help with light meal prep and housekeeping Comes to our home (not a drop-off position) Patient, nurturing, and engaging Comfortable with animals (we have a farm ) CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain This will be a permanent position and we are hoping to find someone who will feel like part of our little family
