Family seeking full-time, long-term nanny for 2 young children. I (mom) work from home and would be involved and present when possible (not available during meetings and critical work times). Our ideal nanny would honor no screen time for the kids and nanny (unless OK'd by parents), help facilitate good nutrition for the kids, and prioritize outside time.
