Babysitter Needed For Our Littles During Trip Home Around Holidays (NOT The Holidays Themselves)!

Hi! We are looking for some extra help while we visit family in South Dakota! We'll be staying a beautiful lakeside home near Freeman, SD (40 min from Yankton, Mitchell & SF). We are flexible on exact dates and times. We're thinking maybe 4-5 daytime "sessions" on either end of the holiday (NOT the holidays themselves). We'd love to hire someone who is comfortable with very little people, who loves playing WITH kiddos (not just watching them), and who keeps screens only a last resort. FYI we pay through what's called a "Dependent Care FSA," which just means the pay is standard, above-board income (not cash under the table). We will pay you as an independent contractor, which means income must be reported on your taxes. If you're comfortable with this and available for some extra work during the holiday season, we'd love to talk!
