Flexible schedule. Watch our 3-month-old in our home. I work from home most days and go into work 2 days a week, most time back home 3 p.m. or before. Entertain and focus on the child, not stuck in their phone while here. Child takes a short nap mid morning and lunch time and longer nap in the afternoon. Likes to play in their bouncy seat and likes for you to interact with them.
