About the job
Our 2YO is smart, funny, loves to play outside, and thrives with individualized attention. Need someone to read, plan creative activities, and play with him on days not at preschool while parents work from home. Potty training starts soon, so patience is a must (experience even better). He responds best to positive reinforcement and encouragement, so a gentle style of redirection needed. No housework, except to tidy areas after use. We will provide prepared lunches for him each day. We have a sweet golden retriever, so must be comfortable with big dogs. We also have older child who is autistic. No care for siblings required, but tolerance and respect for neurodivergences is an absolute necessity to work in our home. References will be requested & vetted before start date. Hourly rates are pre-tax. Reliable transportation required.
