We are seeking a patient, dependable, and nurturing nanny to care for our 4-year-old son. He is a bright, engaging, and affectionate child who thrives with structure, predictable routines, and attentive support. Our son has been diagnosed with Hirschsprungs disease and has undergone eight surgeries. After having a colostomy bag just after turning three, he no longer uses one; however, potty training continues to be a significant challenge. He also experiences developmental delays, including speech and occupational delays, and attends therapies three times a week. The ideal caregiver will be comfortable supporting a child with medical and developmental needs while creating a warm, encouraging, and safe environment.
