Looking For Nanny For 3 Month Old - Experience With Young Babies Preferred!

Hi! We are looking for a nanny for our 3-month-old baby while both parents work. Mom works from home and will mostly be in house during the day. Baby is relaxed and happy. She is bottle fed and naps 4-5 times per day for 30 minutes to 90 minutes, but needs will change as she gets older. We have 3 dogs. Two are black labs/lab mix but can be crated during the day to help create a calmer environment as they are energetic and can be loud. The third is an 11-year-old Shiba Inu - he loves people and will be loud when you first arrive, but once you settle in he will, too, and he mostly just sleeps in his old age! Mom can also keep him in her office while she works if needed, but we would like a nanny who is comfortable with dogs in the event Mom goes out, as he cannot be crated.
