Child's Needs: My child needs to take ADHD medication every morning, and maintaining a consistent daily routine is definitely helpful for him. My Schedule: I work in the office three days a week, but the specific days can vary. I typically get home between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. I can adjust my office days to be more consistent if needed to better match the caregiver's schedule. Care Requirements: I need a caregiver who can provide a structured environment throughout the day. This involves balancing screen time with more active pursuits like outdoor play and sports, which my child enjoys but often needs encouragement to engage in. Interests: My child enjoys (too much) gaming and videos. However, he also enjoys being outside, especially at parks and playing sports.
