Loving Part-Time Babysitter For Sweet 6-Month-Old

We're looking for a caring, reliable babysitter to help with our baby girl, who will be about 6 months old when the job starts. The schedule will vary weekly (around 3-4 days per week. Primarily 3 days.) based on both parents' rotating work schedules. Typical hours are during the day on weekdays. I work from home and will be in meetings most of the day, but I'll be available for quick check-ins or help during breaks. Your main role will be to keep our daughter safe, happy, and engaged throughout the day. I'll handle most meal prep for her, but some light baby-related tasks (like washing bottles or tidying play areas) would be appreciated. We also have a small, friendly dog who loves people! We're hoping to find someone experienced with infants, dependable, and comfortable with a flexible weekly schedule.
