40 Hour Per Week Nanny For Sweet 4 Month Old

Hi! We are a family of four with two boys - 19 months and 3 months. Our older son has a full-time nanny and we are looking for someone who will be focused on the little guy once he turns 4 months (starting in May). He loves to chat and is very easy going. We are hoping for someone who will help him learn to fall asleep independently for naps, watching for early sleepy cues, putting him down drowsy but awake, and using the soothing ladder to help him learn to self soothe. He will also be starting solids so we are also looking for someone who will prepare his meals at home and feed him (along with collaboration from mom). Reading, going for walks, singing, and other activities are great! We are thinking full time Mon-Thurs (8/9am-5/6pm) and then half days on Fri & Sat mornings, but we are are flexible for the right candidate.
