Interested in energetic, active Nanny who is happy to work with my son. Values healthy habits, maintaining safe learning environment, and is loving and caring in their speech and actions at all times. Be able to patiently manage toddler tantrums and never ignore their cries or need for attention. We value kindness, compassion, respectful in communication and maintaining healthy boundaries. It's a bonus if they are keen on teaching new skills and have a background in childhood education. My son is 14 months old and loves play time, walks outdoors, learning to explore the home environment and loves watching birds or little animals. He loves listening music and making music. He loves his flip books and cars. He likes his focused play and we are raising him with no screen time in front of TV or cell phones. We use Siri to play music on the stereo system. Some days I need to be able to run errands outside and I need Nanny to be responsible for all his care needs - his food, changing baby, naps, playtime and keep him safe while entertained with educational activities or some thing fun and engaging. A light housework like cleaning the high chair after meals and similarly putting baby things away/ organize his toys clean his play area (as needed). All housework I need help with are related to baby management. A bonus if they can make a shopping list of things he might need. If they are organized and focused 100% on my son is a priority. I really appreciate working with someone who for the duration of his care isn't lost in their cell phones. Breaks apart - I require they can manage being device free. Would be nice if they have prior experience with boys his age . Ample driveway space and street parking. No pets.
