Mommys Helper For 2 & 4 Yr Olds

I am seeking a mommys helper for my two children. Must love dogs. Must have patience, experience, attentiveness. Must have specific experience with babies. FYI- my 4 YO son has autism and adhd and has specific needs. I am in need of a second set of hands to assist me. I may be in the home, or I may need to give one of the children one-to-one and will need assistance with the other. Sometimes I might need to run errands or go to doctor. Sometimes I may need help if I am sick or theres an emergency. Hubby works long distance. This is a flexible position but I do need someone reliable. A person pursuing a degree in child development is a plus.
