Our ideal candidate is someone who has the following: -Previous experience as a Nanny or Babysitter -Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages -Ability to come up with creative ideas to engage children -Multitasking skills -A pleasant and patient personality -First aid/CPR certification -High school diploma; further training in child development is a plus In this position you would be expected to do the following: -Plan engaging and age appropriate activities for wake windows -Feed the baby with bottles typically on a schedule (to be discussed) -Put baby down for naps as needed -Change diapers as needed -Clean up toys following activities when appropriate -Wash bottles and prep bottles as needed -Let the dog out in the yard to pee periodically and/or walk the dog and the baby with the stroller
