Full-time Nanny Needed For A 7-month Old (and Sometimes A 4 Year Old)

We are seeking an experienced caregiver starting mid-October on James Island (near Folly). The primary focus is a our 7-month-old baby girl though care could also include our 4-year-old daughter after 4:00 p.m. or when she is off from school. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of infant milestones and enjoys engaging in age appropriate play with the baby throughout the day. They are also great about keeping a consistent schedule-specifically following an eat, play, sleep rhythm. I am exclusively breastfeeding and work from home, so I'm looking for someone who can support and coordinate feedings with me around my work schedule while holding me accountable to keep the schedule. We aim to raise our child in a respectful, loving environment where boundaries are gently but firmly set through consistency. Thank you!
