Part Time Nanny Needed For 3-Month-Old

I work from home and am looking for someone to help care for our son about 3 days a week. Very flexible on days and hours. He will be about 3 months old and currently has 2 crib naps a day which he does great with. He is not a great "napper on the go" so tends to get overtired if we don't actively work on getting him to sleep either in the crib or with cat naps throughout the day. So, someone who is patient and really in tune with sleepy cues to not miss the window, otherwise a nap will not happen. and he becomes very cranky :) Other than that, he is the sweetest boy. He is bottle fed. We have 2 dogs. We have daycare lined up to start in the fall, however if the nanny works out, we would be very open to continuing with you vs. putting him in daycare if you are looking for a long-term family
