Our 2. 5-year-old is extremely intelligent and will need someone to do challenging activities with her to stimulate her mind. She will be with you all day. Our 10-year-old and 5-year-old will be at school during the school year but will need after-school and summer care. We practice gentle parenting and do NOT use punishment. We use natural consequences. We do not believe in corporal punishment, time-outs, or yelling. We would like someone who can remain calm and manage their own emotions to help our children navigate through their own while maintaining a safe space.
