PT Nanny For Sweet, Almost 3-yr Old Boy

Our fabulous sitter of over a yr ihad to quit due to scheduling changes, so we are in search of someone for 2-3 days/week to look after our soon-to-be 3 yr old son. He is energetic, playful, shy, sweet, loving and of course, sassy! Need someone energetic, loving, patient, and engaging. Not looking for someone to only be partially present and have one eye on him and one on their phone. Must be interactive and able to take the lead. Both parents work from home. Looking for Tues/Wed 9:00 - 4:00 (this can be somewhat flexible) and every other Fri as well (if wanted/possible). Can be discussed during interview. We have a shy cat, so must be comfortable w/ animals. Must be comfortable driving (my car) as taking our son out will be part of the gig! Must have 2-3 professional references.
