Hi! We are looking for a loving, responsible part-time nanny to help care for our son, who will be 4 months old in January. I work from home and can be very flexible with both schedule and hours we are happy to find a rhythm that works well for. We are a screen-free family and lean strongly toward attachment parenting with lots of nurturing, independent play, reading, music, and a calm environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with this style and happy to support it throughout the day. Experience or familiarity with the Waldorf pedagogy is a huge bonus.
