We are looking for a warm, creative, and experienced Nanny with ECE background to Homeschool our 4-year-old daughter in the afternoons. She currently attends a Montessori school in the mornings, and we would like to complement that with structured, focused learning time at home. Our schedule can be flexible Role & Responsibilities: - Design and guide engaging afternoon lessons tailored to her learning level and interests and track development - Incorporate creative, play-based, and project-based approaches to learning - Support social-emotional development, problem-solving, peer to peer social interactions Requirements: - Experience with preschool/kindergarten age kids (Montessori/early childhood a plus) - Reliable, warm, and enthusiastic about teaching - Can create a mix of structured lessons and creative play
