My current schedule is typically anywhere from a 10-12 hour day Monday through Friday. My husband currently is a stay at home dad with our 8-month-old son. He works in concrete. So him trying to go back to work when winter is coming up doesn't make sense. I would like for him to go back to work in the springtime and have someone be available to watch our son Monday through Friday with flexible start times. I typically have to leave at 5 a.m. for work. Him being in his field, the start times vary. If you're patient, have a down to earth personality and flexible, we are your people.
