Nanny Needed For My Children

About the job

I am on call 24/hr a day. I need someone who is willing to drive to my house at any time of day and care for my (soon to be) 4 yr old son. He goes to daycare. So depending on what time I get called out, he may need woken up and fed breakfast and taken to daycare. If I get called out in the evening I would need someone to make him dinner and put him to bed. put I never know what time or what day I'm going to get a call out. I work for Duquesne Light Company so it mostly goes off of bad weather but not all the time. Up to maybe 2- 4 times a month? Is this possible? If not, any recommendations? I'm in jeopardy of losing my job at the moment because I have no one to watch him for these call outs anymore. His father is sick.
