Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Royersford

My husband and I are looking for a full time Nanny. We are hoping this person will take as good of care of our son as we would. We've been having family pitch in to care for him so far but will need something more permanent going forward. We've been looking into in-home daycares but none seem safe enough for a baby. We have 2 dogs and live in the Royersford area. Hoping this person would be able to start immediately. My husband and I work 5 days per week. I work in office my husband is a technician and works in the field. Our baby just celebrated his half birthday however he was an extreme preemie and born at only 28 weeks. Because he was born so early, and spent over 3 months in the NICU, hes technically only aged at 3-4 months.
