After School Help Needed!!!!!

I am currently looking for after school care from 3:45 p.m. until 5:30/6 p.m. (Monday through Friday). My husband and I both work from home in our own offices and one of us is always cutting our day short to get the kids, which is hard to do. We have 2 daughters (7 and 3) the 7-year-old would need picked up from the bus stop, and the 3-year-old would need picked up from school (which is 5 miles from our house). We would need someone to get them situated when they get home (homework, snacks, occasionally dinner prep for ONLY them). You must be a non-smoker, have a reliable transportation, and be comfortable with animals (we have 2 medium size dogs). If you are the right fit with our family, this position could lead to full time summer care for my 7-year-old only, the 3-year-old will stay in daycare.
