Recurrent Babysitter With Flexible Availability Needed For 1 Child In Reading

Seeking someone kind, sweet, & fun with kids to care for our 4-year-old son. We need someone who has flexible availability. Both my husband & I may have an increase in work projects coming up soon. This is our first time seeking outside help for our son, who attends pre-K M, W, F. My son is introverted when you first meet him, but is a chatterbox once you get to know him. He likes to use his imagination & enjoys spending time outdoors. My husband works from home so would be available for questions if needed. Our needs in terms of hours may change from week to week. Ranging from 2-3 hours here or there to give us time to get some things done to a full day if our childcare falls through (grandparents unavailable/sick from school). At this point in time, we are not anticipating too many needs on evenings (after 6:30pm) or on weekends.
