Caregiver Needed

Looking for someone that's somewhere between a babysitter and a nanny. I have 2 kids (7yo son & 5yo daughter) and need help with after school care to tag team with for activities and play dates. Wednesdays are the most important day and need to start by 3 p.m. pickup my daughter from school, while I take my son to a weekly appointment. Weekend hours or evening/date night availability is also great Looking for someone experienced with kids, able to manage some unique personalities and leads with compassion. If additional hours are needed, we can add in hours while the kids are at school to help with things around the house. This will never include cleaning bathrooms etc - we have a weekly cleaning service, but would be more light meal prep/putting away laundry/ tidying up or organizing.
