About the job
I'm having sacral joint fusion surgery Oct 20th. I am the primary caregiver for my step-daughter when she is home, as my wife works the overnight shift. I'll have limited mobility for the first month, and not be able to lift my step-daughter for 4-5 months. She is extremely special needs, special diet, scheduled meds, water, and feeds throughout a 24 hour period. She is incontinent, mostly non-verbal, autistic, unable to walk or stand on her own, and will yell when she wants certain things.
